Return & Exchange Policy – Oriental Hairs
At Oriental Hairs, customer satisfaction is important to us. Every hair extension, wig, and related product is carefully checked before dispatch. Due to hygiene and product safety standards, we follow a strict Return & Exchange Policy.
- Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing the order. Once processed, packed, or shipped, cancellations are not allowed. Custom-made or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
- Return & Exchange Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:
- Wrong product, length, texture, or color received
- Product arrived damaged or defective
- Item received is different from what was ordered
Conditions:
- Product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Original packaging, tags, and seals must be intact
- No cutting, coloring, washing, or styling done
- Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items:
- Used or altered products
- Custom-made or special orders
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Return & Exchange Process
Email info@orientalhairs.com with order number, reason, and photos/videos within 7 days.
Approval is shared within 24–48 hours.
Approved items must be shipped as per instructions.
Products undergo quality inspection before approval.
Exchange or resolution will be processed accordingly.

- If replacement is unavailable, an alternative will be discussed
- Damaged or Incorrect Product
Report within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
